Refund Policy

Plates for Twana’s 65th

Orders on the Twana page are paid to Collective Reach LLC through Stripe and are used to pay Prejean’s for the seats and plates you ordered.

• Before orders close (Wednesday, September 17, 2026, 11:59 PM Central): text Josiah or Jay, or email us, and any plate is refunded in full to your original payment method.
• After orders close: the count has been given to the restaurant and plates are no longer refundable. A plate can be transferred to another guest; tell us the new name and we will update the roster.
• If we cancel or move the event, every plate is refunded in full.

Gifts toward Annie Will’s Daughter

Gifts are voluntary and are not refundable, except that a duplicate or mistaken charge reported within 30 days will be refunded in full. Gifts are not tax-deductible today; see the Terms of Use.

How to reach us

Email josiah@anniewillsdaughter.org with the name on the order or your Stripe receipt number. Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your state.
